rootHash Bridge

Overview

rootHash bridge is a decentralized cross-chain interoperability protocol developed by rootHash-Chain, designed to enable secure and efficient asset transfers between heterogeneous blockchain networks. By combining on-chain smart contracts with off-chain relayer services, the protocol facilitates trust-minimized cross-chain transactions without the need for wrapped assets or centralized custodians. rootHash bridge supports asset transfers between any chains and is currently compatible only with the EVM ecosystem.

Key Features

Feature
Description
Advantage

Multi-Chain Liquidity Pools

Dedicated liquidity pools on each chain, managed by PoolContracts, enable fast settlement

Reduces slippage and enables instant transfers

Broad Compatibility

Supports all EVM-compatible blockchains, such as Optimism, Base, BNB Chain, CP-Chain, and others

Enables seamless asset transfers across a wide range of blockchain ecosystems

High-Speed Cross-Chain

rootHash bridge offers extremely fast cross-chain transactions, ranking among the fastest solutions available. Transfers between two EOA addresses can be completed within 30 seconds

Ensures quick settlement for time-sensitive transactions

Fee Optimization

Dynamically calculates fees based on real-time network gas prices and bridge congestion

Predictable fee structure helps minimize transaction costs

Cost Efficiency

Low base network cost (source chain gas fee + 1% of the transaction amount)

Provides a cost-effective solution for users under varying network conditions

NFT Cross-Chain Support

Full compatibility with major NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155), enabling secure cross-chain NFT transfers without wrapping

Expands NFT utility across ecosystems while maintaining original metadata and provenance
